Our venue for 2020 is the beautiful Executive Airport Hotel in Richmond, British Columbia. The Airport Executive Hotel is located right in the heart of Richmond and is conveniently close to Vancouver International Airport.

For those arriving to Vancouver by air, the hotel operates a complementary airport shuttle for hotel guests from 5am-11pm daily. For other transportation options, please check out our transportation page.
The hotel has one restaurant on site: Free Bird Bar and Grill. Additional restaurants are available a short walk away along Westminster Highway and at Richmond Centre mall.
Secure parking is available on site for hotel guests and limited pay parking is available for non-guests. There is also ample parking in the neighbourhood nearby.

Parking is complimentary during the event. In order to take advantage of this, you must follow the link below to register your license plate number. This link will be active during the event.
This link is required only if you are driving but don't have a room at the hotel. For those staying at the hotel, you will be asked to provide your license plate number upon check in, and that will cover the entire duration of your stay. There are plenty of parking stalls with 2 outdoor parking lots and one 7-level indoor parkade. To access the parkade, please press the button on the intercom beside the gate and our front desk will open the gate.
