Our Spirit Membership allows you to support Vanhoover in the case you cannot attend in person. This membership includes:

NON-ATTENDING-MEMBERSHIP
Our Spirit Alicorn Membership supports the convention the most. It includes:

In addition to this, where we would normally offer two nights hotel stay with this membership, instead we will offer a free upgrade to a following year Alicorn membership to make those two nights stay in a PENTHOUSE!

Refunds
Vanhoover Pony Expo relies on the proceeds of membership and product sales in order to exist. All proceeds collected are put towards contracts and other non-refundable items, making refunds difficult.
As such, we would encourage you to roll over your in-person membership to 2023 instead of requesting a refund. We can offer you a $10 discount towards a spirit badge for this year if you chose to do so.

All existing purchased memberships will automatically convert to the equivalent spirit badge and you will receive your purchased items in the mail after the event.
