Our venue for 2020 is online, but our usual convention hotel, the beautiful Executive Airport Hotel in Richmond, British Columbia, is happy to have you as a guest to watch the livestream! Have a convention experience while still being safe!
The Airport Executive Hotel is located right in the heart of Richmond and is conveniently close to Vancouver International Airport.

For those arriving to Vancouver by air, the hotel operates a complementary airport shuttle for hotel guests from 5am-11pm daily. For other transportation options, please check out our transportation page.
The hotel currently has one restaurants on site: Free Bird Table & Bar. Additional restaurants are available a short walk away along Westminster Highway and at Richmond Centre mall.
Secure parking is available on site for hotel guests and limited pay parking is available for non-guests. There is also ample parking in the neighbourhood nearby.
Multiple room types are available for booking through the hotel website with the convention group code. Rooms feature wireless internet, flat screen TVs, individual heating and air conditioning units, in-room coffee and tea, mini fridge, and in-room safes.
