Membership types
This membership is intended for children 12 years of age and under. It includes access to the convention for all days of the event.
Children with this pass must be supervised by a parent or legal guardian holding a valid membership badge at all times.
For those who wish to support the con (thank you!) but are unable to attend. This is a way to support Vanhoover, while picking up some sweet swag! Included is a badge and lanyard, button, and the convention book. You also have the option to buy any other merchandiese from the store and have it shipped within North America for free, or worldwide for just $10. Again, thank you for supporting the Vanhoover :)

Please Note
ID is required to pick up a badge at the convention. Multiple ID can be used to provide picture, name, and date of birth. At least one ID needs to be government issue.
ID is not required for minors being if their registration is being signed for by their parent/guardian.
Registration fees are non-refundable and non-transferable. Extra items that come with higher tier memberships are only guaranteed for pre-registered attendees.
Policy for Underage Attendees
Minors aged 16 to 18 do not need the consent of a parent or legal guardian to register for membership and attend Vanhoover Pony Expo.
Minors aged 13 to 15 need the consent of a parent or legal guardian to register for a membership and attend Vanhoover Pony Expo. A PARENT OR LEGAL GUARDIAN MUST BE PRESENT TO REGISTER AND SIGN for minors aged 13 to 15, no exceptions!
Children aged 12 and under can attend for free by registering with a Youth Membership. However, they must be supervised by a parent, sibling, or adult guardian aged 13 or over, who holds a valid membership badge, at all times while at the convention.
Infants are not required to register for a badge.
