For 2020, Vanhoover invites you to join us for our second year of fun, friends, and fandom! Bring your aloha shirt and flip flops… we're having a tropical vacation… in Canada!
We are a three-day celebration of the community surrounding My Little Pony: Friendship is Magic. Founded in 2018, with our inaugural event in January 2019, we’re here to once again bring the magic of friendship to life in Vanhoover!
Vanhoover Pony Expo carries forward the legacy of the brony community in Canada, giving Canadian pony fans a convention to call our own, and giving the entire fandom a place to celebrate all things pony right here in the hometown of Friendship is Magic! Our mascots, Trail Blazer and Sunny Showers, are excited to welcome you to Canada’s west coast. We invite pony fans of all ages and from every corner of the world to join us in beautiful British Columbia for a weekend chock-full of fun, games, panels, events, and friendship!

Our venue for 2020 is the beautiful Executive Airport Hotel in Richmond, British Columbia. The Airport Executive Hotel is located right in the heart of Richmond and is conveniently close to Vancouver International Airport.

Events and Panels
Events and panels are at the heart of Vanhoover Pony Expo. Our panels are hosted by community volunteers, who bring their knowledge in writing, art, media or anything they like to share with our attendees.

Help Wanted!
Conventions like Vanhoover Pony Expo would never be possible without many helping hooves. We need as many volunteers as we can get to help things run as smoothly as possible.
